Your gym membership may seem pretty self explanatory, but really there are several more ways your gym membership allows you exclusive access and benefits. Sure, you may know about all the cardio equipment, free tanning and babysitting and group training classes at your disposal, but take a second look to see if you are making the most of your member benefits.

 

More Ways to Save with Your Gym Membership

Some gyms offer group classes at an additional price, or they are included in membership but the standard class doesn’t seem to excite or challenge. They can be great to get you moving, but you may drop off soon after. Before you head over to a boutique studio, specializing in a class you are looking for, remember that not all group fitness programs are the same, and Jersey Strong Group Fitness classes are definitely made to cater to your lifestyle.
