X-LAB is helping me Reach my PEAK

WoW Member Joan Dubois sure knows know how to celebrate the big FIVE-OH.  She has challenged herself to climb to the peak of Mount Rainier.

Mount Rainier is the second highest peak in the United States, 14,410 feet above sea level. It’s located in Washington State and is an active volcano. Mount Rainier is the most glaciated peak in the contiguous U.S.A., spawning six major rivers.

Joan is making her epic climb over her actual birthday weekend this July. She realized early on in her training that regular X-LAB sessions were what she needed in order to build the strength and cardio that she needs for her big climb.

I sat down with Joan earlier this month (on my birthday, actually) to discuss her climb, X-LAB, and how she feels about her big day.

What an inspirational woman! Listen to me, Joan; all of WoW will be rooting you on. You are one great JERSEY STRONG inspiration.

Happy Early Birthday!
