My Fitness Philosophy
Know your "why." Before trying to tackle a goal know your why. You need to know the reason ‘why’ you are pursuing your goals. There will be moments when you don't want to work out. There will be moments when you are asking yourself why you are getting up early to do cardio, wondering to yourself why you are doing burpees, asking yourself why you are choosing the chicken over the pizza. If you don't have an answer for yourself then you will never succeed. We all have our moments of weakness... it does not matter where you are on the journey. It can be day 1 or day 10,001... if you have an answer for yourself every time you ask yourself why.... then you will be successful.
What Jersey Strong Means To Me
Jersey Strong means family. You are only as strong as the family that supports you. I have created so many relationships and met so many amazing people during my tenure at Jersey Strong. I only hope that I have inspired as many people as have inspired me.
Why I am Passionate About Being at Jersey Strong
Seeing the change... I see so many people on day 1 and it's not just the physical change but it is also the change in the way they talk, the way they walk into the gym, etc. I love seeing the constant change people make and the swagger they develop as they become more and more confident in themselves.
