My Fitness Philosophy
Everyone is working with a different body, different level of experience, and different goals. That should be kept in mind when designing a workout program for yourself or for your client. I believe in changing up your program as your body changes and progresses. Reassess where you are today and adjust your program accordingly. Fitness and exercise should be enjoyable, so find something that gets you moving and that you enjoy so that you stay focused; and don't lose sight of your goals. Overall health and exercise should also go hand-in-hand with a healthy diet and lifestyle, so I believe that should be incorporated into every program.
