My fitness philosophy is that Fitness = a better you, a better day, a better life.
Exercise and staying healthy should be a top priority. It's the most important thing we can do to improve our life. Without our health, we do not have much. In every workout strive to be a better you. Challenge your body, test your mind, have fun and feel accomplished.
Being Jersey Strong means being able to make a positive impact in the community. It can be as simple as seeking to encourage and empower members through teaching a group class, or even bigger, through helping raise money for the Jersey Strong Foundation!
The most rewarding part if working with members is listening to their stories. Everyone has a story to tell and I feel privileged when a member opens up to me.
