I believe that fitness has to be a way of life. Exercise should be a part of everyone's day in one form or another. Make the time for it!! We are faced daily with our food choices and making good choices can sometimes be difficult. If we remember to always keep our fitness goals in mind then those choices become easier.
To me "Jersey Strong" means being the best I can be each and every day while being part of a community of people who feel the way I do about their own fitness goals.
I love the connections I make with people in my classes while seeing them progress in their personal fitness goals. There is nothing more rewarding then a simple "thank you" from a class participant! To be part of changing someone's life is a great feeling.
