Jersey Strong means being better than who you were yesterday. No matter what adversity is thrown your way, you can handle it. It is tenacity, will-power, and a passion. Consistency is the key to your strength. You are not competing with anyone other than who you were yesterday. Jersey Strong is also about community; the dedication of a group of people willing to work together to achieve greatness. You may be strong alone, but we are stronger together...
Why I am Passionate About Being at Jersey Strong

At Jersey Strong we have the best job in the world! We get to challenge our members to be better, while assisting on the journey. The most rewarding aspect is simply our members and seeing them happy. The fact that people take the time out of their day to make themselves better and expect me to be 110% gives me energy and strength. When people enter the gym, they can de-stress for a period of time, and refuel for whatever lies ahead.
