My fitness philosophy is "Movement is Life!" Working out daily has always been an integral part of my life. Make it a habit to squeeze in a daily 'movement' that you ENJOY, be it for few minutes or an hour, during lunch or late evening after work - without thinking twice! Chances are that you will stick to it. Fitness improves self esteem, concentration, and overall health for all age groups.
I am very excited to be part of the Jersey Strong family with multiple locations and strong clientele in our area. I love to share my passion for dance, fitness, innovative choreography, and world music with the participants. Their smiles and applause at the end of the class makes my day!
