It means supporting, motivating, and ecouraging others everyday throughout life. I do this in my personal and professional life daily. I encourage the world of fitness through motivating class members to strive to achieve their goals, and attempt to make classes fun for members so they forget about how challenging exercise can be at times. I always encourage members to come back to class and that it gets easier with time as they get stronger, as well as congratulate them on their fitness journey and just for making it through their first class.
I am passionate about helping others to make a change in their life whether it means becoming stronger physically or mentally, achieving a weight loss goal, gaining flexibility, or just taking a small step to feel better about themselves. It all starts with someone making the commitment to make a change and I am there to guide them along their healthy journey and there to support our members by keeping them motivated in our class group setting. These members are my friends and we have formed wonderful relationships along the way and will continue to in the future. That's why we are all Jersey Strong!
