I believe it is important to incorporate fitness into your life and daily routines. We lead busy day to day lives but need to make the time to include fitness into our schedules. By incorporating fitness it can also help with difficult decisions as going out to eat. By including fitness into your life that can help with those decisions. But life is about balance. Find something you love at the gym! Show up and try your best!
I love to teach classes and motivate the members. Some will come to me after a class and say they did not feel like coming today and they are so glad they did. I love sparking joy and seeing the transition of members from first trying a class to coming back every week and loving it. If they keep having fun then they will want to keep taking our classes. In the end it’s all about getting people moving and living a longer, healthier life.
