My Fitness Philosophy

My personal philosophy towards fitness and exercise is that you should make it a habit. There are so many ways to move and so many options in fitness you can find something you love. 

Exercise is free therapy! Take time out of your week to find time that is just for you. Exercise and fitness improves your physical, emotional and mental health. Once you start moving for you, you'll never want to stop!

What Jersey Strong Means To Me
Being Jersey Strong to me means that you challenge yourself. Try a new type of workout, push yourself to fit in one more push-up or going to workout even if you may not feel like it. If you don't challenge yourself you will never know how much you can really do!

Why I am Passionate About Being at Jersey Strong

I love group fitness in general. We are all there for a common goal to move and feel better! I love watching members give their all. It encourages and challenges me to do my best.
