To me, fitness is a critical component to a happier, healthier and more rewarding life. It helps our overall well being, both physical as well as mental, and it improves our quality of life dramatically. It's well deserved time we dedicate out of our day where we can become a better version of ourselves. It keeps us sharper, focused, and energized; we have more drive and desire to go the extra mile in our everyday activities, whether it be professionally with our career or personally with our with friends and family. It makes our days more productive and positive.
As Group Training Instructors at Jersey Strong, we are able to help our awesome members achieve their personal health goals. There's nothing better than when someone comes up at the end of class and tells you they really enjoyed the workout, and know they'll be back for more because they understand that what we just did during that hour is working for them. That's when you know you're making a difference, and helping better someone's life. Being a part of someone's journey towards health and well being is immensely rewarding and it is a huge privilege - and that's why I'm passionate about what I do as a group training instructor at Jersey Strong.
