I believe in order to be fit you need to take care of yourself by making the right choices to obtain a healthy lifestyle. Regularly exercising and eating right will help you to maintain just that. Living a healthier lifestyle needs to be second nature and something that takes dedication and commitment, like a relationship. It's not always going to be easy, but it's not always going to be tough either. Find the balance that you enjoy what you're doing and you'll never have a bad day doing it.
Seeing what I can do to make a difference in someone's life is the most rewarding aspect of my job. When I help members overcome their fear of stepping into a group fitness class for the first time or motivating them to push a little harder, nothing is more rewarding than watching that member grow stronger, become more confident in themselves, or physically change their appearance. Nothing makes me more proud knowing that I have helped someone achieve a goal they may never thought was possible, and that's the best feeling anybody can have. Watching them come back week after week, laughing, excited to be there, engaged...well that's just the icing on the cake!
