Don't train for special events, train for your healthy life. Life is your biggest challenge, so train to beat it. Endure the pain, keep going, push hard, and give your maximum. Enjoy and it make it part of who you are. If you don't make time for exercise now, you are making time for illness later.
To me, being Jersey Strong means overcoming adversity and never giving up, ever. It means pushing through the hard times, the difficulties, the struggles to come out better than ever before.
Being a personal trainer means not just working to attract new clients, but establishing strong lasting relationships with them. I strive to help clients reach their personal goals, both physical and mental. It is this aspect of helping a client become the best that they can be; that is most rewarding to me.
