I want to motivate and create passionate members the way my group fitness instructors inspired me to become a fitness fanatic. I love seeing members on a weekly basis coming back and smiling when it is all said and done. Group fitness is a fantastic way to make your body and soul healthy. Together, instructors and members work together and we get it done!
When members come up to me at the end of class and tell me their personal stories of weight loss or tell me how they just feel stronger, I know I have done my job and that makes my day!
